Is my company eligible for HRDCORP funding, and how can we check this?
Companies that are registered with HRD Corp and contribute to the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) can get funding. To verify your eligibility, please visit the HRD Corp Portal or contact us for assistance.
What steps must I follow to apply for ISQA courses with HRDCORP funding, and what is the typical approval timeframe?
There are two options available:
1. Direct payment for the courses through your company.
2. Utilizing HRDCORP Levy:
– First, register on the HRD Corp Portal. Next, select ISQA as your training provider and choose the course you wish to enroll in. Finally, submit your application. The approval process typically takes between 7 and 14 days.
Are there deadlines for sending in training applications?
Yes, you need to submit your applications at least 14 days before the training starts. ISQA is here to help with your training outline and schedule.
Can the training be tailored to meet my company’s specific needs?
Absolutely! Just talk to us about what you need. We often create custom programs, like in-house language training or team-building sessions.
Where are the training sessions conducted, and is it possible for them to take place at my company?
Training can be held at your company, at our ISQA office in Ampang Selangor, at our partner offices throughout the Klang Valley, or even at our office in Jogjakarta, Indonesia. Please let us know which option works best for you.
What scheduling options do I have (e.g., weekdays, weekends, intensive workshops)?
You can choose from weekday sessions, weekend options, or intensive workshops. We can also create custom schedules for corporate groups.
How do we keep track of and report training results to HRDCORP after the training is complete?
ISQA will help you submit your post-training report to HRDCORP through the portal. This includes attendance records, feedback, and proof of payment within 14 days of completing the training.
Is there support or resources available after the training ends?
Yes, ISQA provides mentoring support after the training as part of your training plan. Feel free to discuss this with us.
